We are looking for someone with good background knowledge and understanding of IT, who can relate to our values of excellence, integrity, passion, innovation and synergy to join our Technical team.
You don’t need to be an technology expert as we will provide you training, mentoring and coaching to help you strive and succeed in the role.
The kind of thing you will be doing on a day to day basis will include:
- Proactively monitoring customer servers/networks to ensure that problems are identified and rectified as quickly as possible;
- Respond to customer support requests resolving those requests to the customer’s satisfaction;
- Prepare, install and configure new hardware and software as per the customer’s requirements;
- Work with third party suppliers to deliver solutions on behalf of the customer;
- Researching technology to find better ways of supporting and delivering our services to our customers.
