How does it work?

We have a hierarchy of agreements that may apply.

Statement of Work

A Statement of Work is issued for every service that we offer which sets out the specific details relating to how we deliver the service to you.

Master Service Agreement

Our Master Service Agreement is the backbone of everything we do and provides a legal obligation on everyone to meet the Baseline Standard. It applies to all the services that we offer. If the statement of Work is silent on an issue, this is where you’ll find the default position.

IT Baseline Standard

Our IT Baseline Standard provides clarity on what good IT looks like.

Service Terms

Each individual service (such as Managed Services or buying Microsoft NCE licences then has its own sub agreements covering specific things relating to those services.
